Nice to see you got some new doors but some stickers for Push/Pull would be helpful - also they are a little heavy to operate. Otherwise great store with friendly staff.

I have just left this store and there is an awful and very strong smell by the refrigerated meat. It's almost like a strong chemical and now my throat doesn't feel too good!!!!

We absolutely loved this place! The beach is very nice and the drinks and snacks were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Richmond branch is perfectly located in the heart of Richmond. A rooftop car park (free for shoppers), provides a welcome relief to where to keep your car, as Richmond has a parking space problem. Just noticed the time you are allowed in, and remember to stamp your receipt at the check out. As Waitrose brand, it has all the usual products, very friendly staff, sometimes quite robotic like (that i particularly hate), but they warm to you if you cut that robotic approach and let them be themselves. Friendly lot. This branch has 2 entrances. A steps entrance by the lifts, right into the alleyway to The High Street and, the main entrance (wheelchair friendly) facing the bus stop and the entrance to the car park.

Today , I noted a female staff at the customer service desk at Richmond branch was cursing and swearing at a couple who was trying to get a coffee and I asked her not to be rude to customers and she had a go at me and when I asked her name she hid her name badge and refused to give her name. I asked the name of the manager from her other colleague at customer service he refused to give and i walked off. he said she has been working for Waitrose over 15 years so in his mind it is ok to treat badly to customers if you are a long serving employee. This woman does not deserve to work in the customer service in any company if she swears at people.

I am always amazed at the customer service that one person in particular has provided whenever he is around and I need assistance with anything- Lakhan is one of those people for whom nothing is too much trouble for him. Waitrose Richmond is very much the better for his presence in the store.

Waitrose is one of the greatest British institutions this island has to offer. The range of veggies and fruits is spectacular and their yoghurt is scrumptious as well. The staff is very friendly and you can get great deals with a Waitrose member card. Without Waitrose I would be lost, it?s so amazing #waitrose4ever #waitroseontop #ilovewaitrose
