We have to visit Wagamama if we are traveling somewhere. The reason is the consistency in the food quality. We have never complained about the food. Service is a bit slow sometimes but they are good at what they do.

Wonderful experience having lunch here.
Great food & drinks, great service, and good atmosphere (although it was crowded).
Better to reserve a table if you'd prefer a table for 4 persons, so you don't get the long table (join with other customers).
Toilets for customers are available.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian or vegan menu is available.
Parking: You can park near Richmond Green Park or any paid street parking.

My friend and I had a really lovely time tonight at the wagamamas in Richmond. We were served by the lovely Niro who chatted to us and made us feel welcome when ordering, and was very professional and friendly. Thanks Niro! The meal was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was buzzy and fun.

Food was lovely, I am intolerant to gluten there was a separate menu but I don?t think they separate in the kitchen. So far 2 days unwell - atmosphere lovely service same however the toilets were astonishingly bad - being used by all the uber drivers Won?t be going back

I recently visited Wagamama in Richmond for dinner with a friend, and it was a delightful experience. The food was fantastic, as always, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
What truly made the evening exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the waiters, Harris. From the moment we sat down, Harris was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. We were initially struggling to decide what to order, but Harris stepped in with helpful suggestions and patiently guided us through the menu. His recommendations turned out to be spot on!
His warm demeanor and excellent customer service really stood out, making our visit memorable. While all the staff were polite and helpful, Harris went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
If you?re in Richmond and looking for a place with great food and exceptional service, Wagamama is the place to go?and if you?re lucky, you?ll be served by Harris!
