I believe it's expensive and too pretentious. Too few ice-cream flavours, and the portions are small.
The ice-cream itself was ok.
Finding good ice-cream in the UK is difficult, but definitely there are better options than Venchi.

l had the best ice cream ever and as soon as I saw the Ice cream i fell in love with it the second I bit into the soft creamy texture I just knew I would love It the way they mixed Italy and the stuff that they sell Is incredible so 5 stars for me??

Had not been here in a year and I am disappointed. Something changed in the preparation as the icecream it?s so cold that burns the tongue. Tried the other local icecreams and did not have the same issue

I usually love this place so it saddens me to write this review. We went to Venchi in Richmond today and the staff were really rude. They also made my boyfriend one of their new gelato milkshakes which had barely any gelato in it. It just tasted of milk and whipped cream. For £6.50 we really expected better.

Bought the ?take away? ice cream for £22, which came in a normal container, when I questioned why it was not in a isolated container, the answer was - we ran out of it?

I really enjoyed my ice cream at Venci?s. Really nice different flavours and quite aesthetically pleasing as you walk in. I think the only downfall is the workers not using gloves when serving ice creams. I know it doesn?t bother some people but I also know of people that it does bother.

This is a real gelato
It has plenty of different flavors, including pistachio
There are available seats inside the place and also it has air conditioning
They also sell their famous chocolates

I?ve been here twice this week as it?s so hot outside. I?m already addicted to the Parmesan ice cream. Inspired! Today I had the 75% chocolate ice cream which was delicious. You can sit inside in the AC and cool off for a while. I think they also do coffees as I saw one go past. Not cheap ice cream but good quality. The staff are pleasant and friendly and service is prompt.

This was hands down the best ice cream I?ve ever had so creamy, flavorful, and perfectly made! Every bite was a dream. But what really made the experience even better was Luca, our server. He was so friendly, always smiling, and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
The atmosphere was also amazing ? beautiful decor, cozy vibe, and a really fun, artistic touch throughout the place. You can tell they care about every detail.
Highly recommend this place. I?ll definitely be back!
