Rooms were great suited to what we needed. My only complaint was they have no space to leave luggage for a few hours. Apart from that great hotel.

For the price and location this place was great. In downtown Richmond, close to the train station. The room was small, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and a good size for two people. The air conditioning was not too loud. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location - small room but adequate for one night stay. The room was cleqn but there was an unpleasant ?dish cloth? smell and stains on the duvet.

We stayed here as a complimentary night due to a blunder due to in previous travelodge stay in a different hotel whereby I had checked in early and left my bag in room and left a bottle of evain water on the table before heading out. On return my room keys were not working went to reception who activated them again. When I open the door there was a man in nothing but his boxers lying on the bed ? he said he noticed a bag on floor and thought nothing of it n the evain water was complimentary. We got another room and were given full credit. We decided to book Richmond and paid £5 extra for superior room. The room was tiny, window was shut, no view, tiny shower. The only bonus was a coffee machine that did not even warm up properly. I felt I spent a night in a prison cell although the bed was comfy.

Awful I will never go back here I ordered a double room two single beds were pushed together and separated as soon as one of us moved. There were stains on the sheets and pillow covers. The whole place just gave me the ick never again. Its my first time giving accomodation that I have paid for a negative review but it didn't even hit the basic standards of cleanliness of having a clean bed. There were also nail clippings on the carpet. Couldn't wait to leave.

Just miserable stay. Hotel operates on Ryanair model. Minimum and barely adequate on every aspects.

But No luggage storage facility offered. This is the most basic requirement for traveller who can?t always control their flight. Throw problems back to customer.
Very very small room. Just 1/2m space around the bed and open suitcase will be challenging especially with 2 people,

Chair in the room smell of urine.
No room cleaning on our stay even we hung the sign for it. By default is no cleaning, you have to put up the sign.
Mostly miserable staffs, except one cheerful reception.

Convenient hotel next to Richmond station. Room was clean, but slightly too small and facing the main road, which meant quite a lot of traffic disturbing our sleep.
Bed was really comfy.

Clean basic rooms but in a great location in Richmond .Loads of nice restaurants within 10 mins walk. 15 mins to the fantastic Richmond park and the river area . Bargain price in this part of London!
