From the process of booking an appointment with Richmond Toni n Guy to leaving the salon my experience was the best I?ve ever had in a salon ever. Every single staff member was extremely polite, attentive and made me feel special. Maeve was the nicest hairdresser who also done an outstanding job on my not so easy hair. She went out of her way because i was a new mum and it was the first time I?d been able to leave the baby to have some pampering and she went out her way to make me feel spoiled and definitely pampered. I?m so impressed by the service, efficiency, cleanliness, attentiveness and the fact I was so at ease. I was also offered tea, coffee, mocha, hot chocolate, coke. And I took them up a fair few times. The customer loo was immaculate. The chap who shampoo?d my hair was also so helpful and lovely. They made sure the water temp was okay and checked during the wash too. Asked me if I wanted the chair to have a massage option turned on. They asked if they were pulling the hair too tight whilst brushing out the bleach and toner. Maeve actually also listened to what I liked on my hair previously and said truthfully that it might not be the best recommendation, gave the reasons why and also remembered the little details I had told her during our 4 hour appointment and conversation. I told her I only get my hair done every 6 months and she remembered that when I was leaving and said il see you in 6 months. She happily took photos I asked of her. She made me feel a million bucks and so did the chap helping her. On top of that she?s so talented with hair.

Wonderful experience at this salon.
I am a natural brunette who has had blonde highlights throughout the length of my long hair for years.
I have had mixed experiences at other local salons in the past decade and thought I would try Toni&Guy after reading positive reviews.
Maeve talked to me about my issues with not having had full enough coverage provided at the most recent salon I had attended (not a Toni&Guy establishment) and about my preferred blonde colour choice. I felt really assured from the off that she understood what I wanted and my concerns from previous experiences elsewhere, and she was able to explain my choices and prices upfront incredibly clearly at the start of the appointment.
Maeve did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with the full head of blonde highlights. She exactly matched my golden blonde (rather than ashy) colour preference and provided full coverage without any blocking/shadows at areas of grow-out and correcting issues with areas on the back of my head which had been left without sufficient blonde coverage by the previous salon (not a Toni&Guy establishment).
Both Maeve (who did my colour) and Lenny (who did my hair washing and drying and head massage) were wonderfully friendly and made sure I was catered for at what is a beautiful, light-filled salon.
I have had nothing but compliments about my hair since the appointment and it is the best colour service I have had in years.

I?ve been coming to Richmond Toni&Guy for a good year and a bit now and they never fail to disappoint me. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the customer service is brilliant, no faults at all. A big shout out should go to Augustina she is brilliant and her job and always provides me with great results.
