It's ok I have been to better ones. It's clean though and big. When it came to paying though not many members of staff on the till though they had plenty of tills. And to be honest staff weren't that friendly but we're quick and efficient so depends what your after if you just want a quick check out with no chit chat then perfect. Kids department was one of the best I've been to but not so much the home to be honest

Stock in this store was never good but now there is no Gold label even so it became just sad second hand place where you can just get very badly made shoes. Looks like this is the end for tk maxx. Nothing to attract people with. My last ever visit for sure
