It used to be a friendly local store for residents, but all the nice staff have now left. So left with an intimidating and rude security guard who thinks he owns the store. Awful narrow isles too.

Nearly always well stocked and decent opening hours. My only gripe is that of the 4 check out machines, 1 is permanently broken or at least it?s never all 4 machines working and they keep running out of the roll to print receipts. Otherwise a very good little Tesco!

Alot of miserable and ungrateful shoppers in Kew, giving unwarranted bad reviews to this store, that operating in a food ? with minimal stores open until 11pm in the area. The store is a Tesco Express so it doesn't stock everything but has enough to keep you going for a midweek shop or if you want a quick snack or preparing a meal after a heavy day at work. Honestly some people are just stupid. Why rubbish the only descent late opening store in the area?

Not the worst and not the best Tesco express out there. Always out of water during hot days and drinks are barely cold. Self check out machines often have issues causing queues to form in what is already a very tight space.
Update: Just one size of bottled water available. 2 brands.

Fix your EVRI printer machine. Customers rely heavily nowadays on the machine working as I didn?t receive a print returns label, just a QR code to print in store. Not pleased with Tesco?s as I came just to drop my parcel off and had to walk out still with my parcel.

There are quite a few food and drinks shops at Kew Gardens. But an all time favourite of mine is the Tesco Express convenience store.I only wanted a can of drink and some paracetamol. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Usually quite poor availability and product selection here, queuing system isn't very good. However the location is very convenient being so close to the Underground station

As I was paying for some drinks and presenting my ID a young girl stood behind me, the cashier insisted we came together (i had no clue who she was) and then refused to sell to me since the girl behind me did not look old enough. Absolutely unprofessional. Additionally after researching their terms of service there is no term/law which states if one is purchasing a product requiring ID that if another person is with them they must present ID aswell. Other wise every parent wanting to by themselves beer would have to show ID for their kid? Makes no sense. Cashier just had nothing better to do.

What a shame. Going to this shop to just a soft drink and be insult from the staff because they are not able to label correctly their product + making fun of you because you mix the price, stick on two différents label. I would not waste time if it was clear from the beginningAnd to had, the lady just when I paid said she refuse to sale to meSorry but I can?t be nice with rude staffNot a fan of Tesco but not sure to come back here with that staff.

The only reason some dumb people are complaining about the lack of verity is because this Tesco is meant for quick stop off?s and not weekly shops and sans reason for the lack of cashier?s and some people failed to mention that there are also three self check out stands in the store so this is a five stars for what it does and is meant to do so shut up dumb haters
