Bad customer service good everything else

Although I have visited this Starbucks (Richmond Kew Road) before and there was no queue, the service I was given was disinterested at best. No welcome or hello, not interested in my order, and deliberately avoided eye contact. My food was given to someone else when recovered and I asked for a plate and then a knife, it was handed to me without speaking and refusing to give eye contact. The whole process was rude and dismissive. Could do better.

Starbucks is the coffee I love most and about 6 months ago I tried the Richmond branch again which, unfortunately, a year and a half ago I had had negative experiences with. Instead, now, they have won me over again and I come here almost every day because you enjoy the magic of coffee, in a relaxing environment. I'm lucky because I was served by Andrea, very helpful, kind and able to conquer my taste again! All the staff are really friendly and kind and make you feel at home. I'm happy.Thank you.
