I was impressed with my treatment at Specsavers. I have Glaucoma and I wanted a check up because my vision had deteriorated over a few weeks. I needed to know whether my eye pressure had increased.

Communication is extremely poor. Have phoned Richmond branch many times and no one replies, even though they say they have my number and will respond by the end of the day. Been waiting for over 4 weeks for some glasses and no one has been in touch to say why there has been a delay

Extremely Unprofessional and Unacceptable Service
I had a deeply disappointing experience at this store. I was initially approached by a woman who identified herself as the supervisor? named Sacha?whose attitude was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from the outset.
Fortunately, another staff member took over and provided excellent service for nearly 40 minutes. Just as I was finalising my choice, the supervisor abruptly intervened and told her to stop assisting me, without any explanation. When I questioned this, her response was even more hostile.
I?ve since contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution or follow-up. It?s unacceptable for a supervisor to treat customers this way, and even worse that the issue remains ignored. I won?t be returning and strongly advise others to be cautious.

A great place for getting and receiving new glasses. The eye test was comfortable and stress free. The glasses fitting was handled professionally and the new glasses were first rate. A pleasing experience all round.
