I visited the Richmond store on Saturday in the hope of having some photos printed out. I had done this as a last minute plan, and needed them done as soon as possible, to then make the train I had to catch. Anna was extremely helpful, she took the time to run through the process and she had my 51 photos printed in no time at all, meaning we made our train.
Anna was friendly, helpful, professional and an absolute star!! Thank you so much, you made my day! ??

Yesterday I went to Snappy Snaps in Richmond to print some photos for my son, and Anna provided exceptional service. Even with the store being quite busy, she took the time to guide me through everything with patience. The prints turned out amazing and were ready in no time. I?ll absolutely return!

Had the best service from this branch.
I had another company do a terrible job with a canvas I did for my wife's birthday and came to Snappy Snaps to help me get a canvas printed in time to surprise my wife.
Not only did they do an incredible job, but I got it in time too.

They also took a pic on my Ollie dog to put up in the shop!

They gave me what I asked for...US-compliant passport photos. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I am not sure why it takes 10+ minutes to print several tiny pictures.

Brilliant service, super friendly and very speedy. Had some photos printed for me in under a couple hours. As I was collecting I overheard another customer commenting on how happy they were with their own prints, so it's obviously the standard! Was very impressed and happy with the quality of service and will definitely be back to this particular store! :)

Amazing little shop with fantastic, helpful and patient staff. Big thanks to Anna and her colleagues who helped me (for hours!) to compile a photo book and printed it within hours. Lots of great services and nice to still have places like this on the high street.

I visited Snappy Snaps at 40 The Quadrant , Richmond yesterday to have a photo taken for a passport application.
I spoke to a man called Artur who was very polite, professional and extremely helpful.
He explained the process to me regarding using the code (for the photo) to complete my online application. Artur also checked that I had received their email with the code before leaving the shop.
The shop is dog friendly and a member of staff gave a treat to my dog (Jack). All of the staff are very friendly and made me feel valued as a customer of Snappy Snaps Richmond.
