Hello please fire the staff member working on the 5th of September at 11am. Blonde hair and bigger built lady told me to not use her trolley as it is there trolley. I wanted a large and heavy item but left it behind as was told off. Staff do nothing and don?t consider we are all different shapes and sizes so please be mindful so I don?t break my back using your trolley. Useless staff

Today I bought an ironing board and Iron?.i was very impressed with the service I received from Nara who helped me with my purchases?.very efficient and very helpful with a really friendly smile. She also helped me find my My Dyas account and also gave me a spare card as I had mislaid mine?I would recommend definitely popping into Dyas in Richmond for quality products at reasonable prices and excellent customer service.. Thanks again Nara!

Went in the other day to buy a blender but it wasn?t in stock but the young guy at the till managed to hunt one down from another store and got it sent to them so I could collect it, I think his name was Ben, his service was amazing!!

The staff are always very helpful and courteous in dealing with me or my partner whenever we have the opportunity to shop there.
This must be a great credit to the store management.

Robert Dyas in Richmond is an excellent store with a great selection of useful products, but what really makes it stand out is the top-notch customer service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is second to none. A special shoutout to Zoe, as she always has a positive attitude whenever I approach her for suggestions and advice. Will always come back!

Was informed that the shop had a policy of ?avoiding? Scottish banknotes owing to the overwhelming numbers of fakes that were being passsd off in Richmond.
For some reason the assistant wanted to reassure me that Robert Dyas did not believe Scots were less trustworthy than other nationalities.
I gave her an English £20 instead which she did not examine for signs of fraud.
It would have been less offensive if she had simply told me the company had a policy of refusing Scottish currency. As a Londoner by birth I did not feel a need to express my thanks to Robert Dyas for their charitable view of the Scot?s.

I had a very disappointing experience when calling Robert Dyas to inquire about air-conditioning units. I simply asked for a starting price or general information about their air conditioners, but the staff member I spoke to was unwilling to assist. When I asked if she could check the price for me, her response was shockingly rude and dismissive. She told me, ?I?m not leaving my desk to find out. You?ll have to come into the store and see for yourself.? She kept trying to end the call before i am even done with my enquiry.
I explained that I was trying to avoid wasting time by coming in unnecessarily and just needed a rough idea beforehand, but she refused to help and repeated that she wouldn't leave her post. It came across as if she had no interest in assisting customers at all.
To make matters worse, I called again later to speak with someone else, only to be told that they don?t even stock air conditioners in-store?they are only available online. This kind of inconsistency and lack of basic product knowledge is completely unacceptable.
Overall, I found the service rude, unprofessional, and wholly unhelpful. It left me with the impression that the staff simply don?t want to do their jobs or support customers in any meaningful way. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this store for any assistance. Businesses that treat customers this poorly do not deserve your time or money.

You might want to get your richmond staff to pull their fingers out of their backsides and start working at the agreed time? Which would mean answering your phones, not having some bloke making noises in the background while a potential customer (not any more now) on a call is trying to find out information and then being hung up on by some character called 'emma' in the middle of the call when said behaviour is questioned?

Online it says the items are in stock, when you go to the store the items are not in stock, wasted journey and unhelpful staff
