I recently visited Richmond Pharmacy (Sheen Road) and I wanted to say ?thank you? to the wonderful team for the high quality of their helpful and professional customer service. It is refreshing to visit a (new to me) customer facing business and come away having had a ?good old fashioned? experience of customer service delivered exactly as it should be. Excellent.

No communication between doc surgery, patient and pharmacy staff. I have been waiting for my prescription for over a week, to call up & be told that the prescription is incorrect. Feel quite let down by staff.

How I miss this chemist!I used this chemist for about eighteen months and they are clearly the best.I was very ill at the start of this year and they delivered medication to my door.Extremely helpful.I moved to Hampton and my current chemist is not very good.I really miss this place.Best wishes to all staff.Do you think you could set up another chemist in Hampton please?Andrew Traynor

The staff at Richmond Pharmacy were helpful setting up home delivery for my mother who is housebound. They sensibly deliver to her during daylight hours and not in the dark when she isn't happy opening the front door.

Was a bit disappointed today when I came to the pharmacy at 13:20 and couldnâ??t buy my medicine which I needed because the lady who can sell it to me was at her extended lunch till 14:30. Other guy who was working there said that he couldnâ??t sell it without that lady ;((((
