Very disappointed with service from this dry cleaners. They came highly recommended by my wedding dress designer but then after three weeks of having my dress, they called me to say they couldn't clean it. I hope the next dry cleaners can sort the issue and spot clean just as I expected and just as I asked for. This dry cleaners didn't seem professional at all, especially when dealing with special garments such a wedding dresses. What a shame!

Best dry cleaner ever!The service is great (i leave my clothes very frequently), plus the people are lovely. They steamed my dress last Saturday morning on a very limited time so I could wear it for a wedding!Thanks again, I will come back for sure!

My wife has had a number of jumpers damaged by this dry cleaners. The latest, a new Chanel jumper which they put down to there being 'lots of moths in the area'. They tried to repair it, but it's still not wearable. The man refused any compensation, took no accountability and my wife being heavily pregnant was not in a condition to be having an argument.The prices are also very expensive, so they charge you a premium for a sub par service. If you value your clothes, avoid.

We use dry cleaning service for clothes, bedding, curtains and shirt laundry .Everything comes back fresh and clean plus they are very nice to deal with give good advice etc.

Always prompt, friendly and efficient. I take all my designer clothes that I wouldnt trust would other local cleaners there! Also my regular everyday shirts and trousers too. Highly recommended.

Have used the Friars Stile branch for some years. Always excellent quality and fast laundry, dry cleaning and tailoring jobs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable. Cannot recommend too highly.

The staff were so friendly, and accommodated all of my needs - I took in 10 shirts and they were ready for collection earlier than the date they told me!

Echo the comment of AM below. Recently collected 5 shirts from the sister shop in St Margarets, each of which had a small hole in the left sleeve in exactly the same place on each shirt. Clearly damage had been caused in transit, but they refused to accept any responsibility. Complete waste of time trying to talk to manager, he couldn't care less. After 9 weeks of chasing them, no phone calls returned, he told me "to wear a jacket to cover the hole". Eventually offered an insulting £6/shirt as a "gesture". Taking my business elsewhere. Use at your own risk.

They burnt the collars of two shirts with the iron and then claimed that it was wear and tear. He just kept repeating - go to small claims court.
