I would just like to share an exceptional experience that I had at Reiss Richmond. The service I received a couple of days ago with the manager Paulina was outstanding. I only came in to pass some time as my wife was having her hair done and ended up leaving with 2 bags full of lovely items. There was no pressure put on me just honest and comfortable conversation regarding the garments. Her knowledge is second to none and service was attentive to detail. Not at any point was I made to feel rushed or a burden. Would highly recommend anyone looking for clothing to go there and ask for her to get the same experience. Will definitely be returning with my wife as she is now jealous of my collection.

I've bought a couple of clothing items from here over the past month or so and ordered online for delivery here. On all visits, and from different staff members, the service has been very friendly, professional and efficient.From my interactions Reiss are executing the Omni channel approach to retailing well and it makes for a pleasurable and more productive shopping experience.

I went into Reice Richmond branch yesterday and wasn?t feeling too good regarding looking to buy some new smart casual clothes for work due to being ill recently. A very attentive and professional assistant began to help me. I have to say she was superb at her job and clearly had a ? glass is half full ? attitude and a can do attitude; her styling advice was actually brilliant too and gave me ideas how to get the most out of one outfit, It made all the difference to myself making a purchase yesterday - and I really like what I bought. Her name is Carolina, so if you need some extra help finding an ideal outfit, she?s your girl! Thank you Carolina, you are a great example of excellent retail customer service, which in my experience is truly lacking in most high street stores today. I hope Reice Retail appreciate all your hard work and rewards you accordingly.
