Nice small coffee shop with good food, drinks, snacks, good price, and friendly staff.
The place was clean, and tidy.
Located near the barrier of Richmond station (you need to enter the station or tap-in).
I liked the beef roll, very fresh, and warm.
They also have vegan roll, croissant, biscuits, muffins, cookies, brownies, etc.

Do not know how to prepare plant based milk coffee full stop.
Tried multiple times - either serves it lukewarm or heats it up to 160F.

Excellent small coffee bar, in fact two of them , both are inside Richmond station, inside the barriers. Good coffee , sandwiches, snacks and good friendly service.
Makes a railway journey on a cold wet day a whole lot better.

Willesden Junction station is the best, 5 stars. Richmond station is the worst, I?d give them 1 star - their hot chocolate is just a cup of milk. I?ve had hot chocolate many times at both stations.

I tried the Chai Latte, which was nice. But they charge +45p extra for milk alternatives. Very unreasonable in my opinion since most of the places do offer it for free.Why should people who are milk intolerant always pay more?

Guy behind the counter was talking on the phone with his in-ears, gave us and charged us for 2 large coffees when we asked for small, and the coffee was awful. Cannot recommend.

Always happy to have my drinks here. Benjamin delivers excellent customer services, fast and reliable - even thought lots of customer in line, I never miss my train! Impressed!
