A big Pret set over two floors with lots of seating and food choices.
The only issue is that the downstairs toilet are disabled only and the ones upstairs are locked so you always have to ask for the code. Frustrating if you have little ones with you and you need to go upstairs.
Good WiFi.
On this visit I had a tropical green tea and beans and egg pot. Later I had the tomato soup

Probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered in a cafe. Shocking attitude. I go there often when working in Richmond. Same staff every week, but never a hello or a smile. Just barking NEXT! Sandwiches are literally thrown at you. I pay extra to eat in in the winter and they cannot even be bothered to put things on a tray! I visit several prets across London, and the Richmond attitude is certainly not typical. I see on here that other customers have the same experience. Seems odd that the company is not concerned.

The ultimate breakfast bap was no better than airline food. You are asked if you are eating in but they only have takeaway cups. Surely in 2024 reducing cardboard cup usage should be a priority.

Food is good usually but last time I bought a warm wrap it dry inside and the rap was dry and looked burnt- it probably been there whole day. In Ealing there's always no space to sit because they never let you go upstairs, it's always blocked with some yellow signs... so I was charged to eat in but I didn't have space to sit and eat in ...

A good place with lots of comfortable chairs .Nice coffee
The food is highly priced but I s'pose this is the culture of the chain!
However it is far too brightly lit taking away any atmosphere it may have had.
And the music is far too loud making it difficult to hear conversations!
Not a very relaxing experience
Vegetarian options: The salad options are nicely varied
