  I write this review as the spouse of a client. My wife is paralysed through spinal injury. She has had live in care since 2000. She moved to Paragon Home Healthcare in early 2023. Following the previous company being unable to provide an adequate service. I can honestly say that Paragon are excellent, the communication and ability to recruit good carers has been a breath of fresh air. They are by far the best care company that we have had experience with. I thoroughly recommend Catherine and her team.

  The level of service and care is second to none having done live-in care with this company and worked my way up with Paragon HH. I cannot be more grateful to be part of such an inspirational TEAM! My knowledge of spinal care increased as soon as I walked into the company. I was trained on every single aspect towards spinal care. The Founder Catherine is an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with many years spent working in Complex and Clinical Community Care she has taught me so much. That I walked in with so much confidence and knowledge. Still so grateful to be apart of an amazing team! It is very reassuring that I can pick up the phone to the team at Paragon and know that they will proactively support me at work. Also I love the fact the training never stops. Rebecca
