Very dated and needs tlc. Had a free ticket so fine for the fact I didn?t pay but if paying full price hardly feels worth it

Possibly the worst cinema I?ve been to. In screen 1 you?re about a mile from the screen.

This is without a doubt, the worst cinema I have ever been to. I wouldn't watch a film here again even if the ticket was free. What a terrible way to show films!

Screen 9 is insultingly small

good place but not that much ice cream. Great screen though!

Cinema that feels like it?s stuck in time, uncomfortable seats, tiny and poor quality projector screen. Better off watching your film at home than spending £16 per person!

Screen 1 very cool feels like a theatre

Many broken and unavailable seats. The seats which you CAN book are old and torn.Screen 7 is tiny as per the other reviews. If booking this screen, note that the screen is not centered between all the seats, rather it is in front of the column of seats on the right. The online booking system for this screen is very misleading!

It?s a great place. We went on a Saturday night and it was a lovely experience. Paul at the front was super nice. We will be back!

Pros: It?s a quiet cinema. having been there over 10 times, I?ve never encountered a loud situation there except for those involving ego kidsCons: seats are very small for adult men, (maybe if you are a small guy It won?t matter) so sitting next to someone or between people can be extremely uncomfortable.Hope they refine the chairs and the size of the screen.Overall, this cinema is just so so.

Bit of a bizarre cinema, screen 1 has some interesting decor (looks like it was built into an old theatre) but the seats are uncomfortable and the sound isn?t great. The studio cinema looks dreadful. If, like most people, you are there to watch a film, there are more modern cinemas in Kingston, Ealing, and Park Royal, all of which are about 30 minutes from Richmond.

I love this beautiful building where the cinema is located and the smaller rooms, which give a great atmosphere. Staff are super friendly and helpful.I guess I found one of my favourite places to watch movies.PS. And nachos are great.

Freezing cold!!! Don?t bring your child there. I don?t understand why we pay so much money if they don?t put the heating on when outside is 2,5C degrees.
