I don't use this gem often enough. I remember first coming here in the 1990s to see Forest Gump and only a couple of times since then until now. Recently watched The New Boy. The manager and member of staff were on duty and very welcoming and happy to take a trip down memory lane and talk about old movies, new movies. Each screen on this site are small and intimate. Screen 4 was clean, ground floor and kept cozy. Will definitely keep my eye on this site as it is only a bus ride away. The staff manage and run this site and the larger Odeon by Richmond Bridge. Odeon studios is only a short walk from the main town centre and shops in Richmond, but is a short walk from Richmond Bus Station/Terminal.

Honestly very dirty and broken cinema. It?s super old and the seats have holes in them, weird splashes on the walls. Recommend to go to another cinema if you want to see a movie.Do not recommend anyone to go -_-

Cinemas are stuck between a rock and a hard place - no money to renovate and actually be appealing places inside, but without that investment and improvement you end up with the Richmond Odeon. Dingy, sad, dated. Could easily hear the other movies through the walls. Seats were not great. Screen 7 is offset to the right so badly that if you're on the left side of the seating plan you will get a crick in your neck. It was so cold we were wearing gloves. If by some unlucky chance you wind up in screen 1 you're doomed to watch the film on a postage stamp as, for some reason, they make you sit a million miles from the actual movie. Staff seem to be well aware the ship is sinking but a job is a job so they plod ever onwards. Desperate times.

I had a horrible experience with a staff member, who identified herself as Sabita. When she was preparing our hot dogs she kept touching her nose, which was very unhygienic. When we confronted her on the issue, and refused the hot dogs, she was very rude. This was unacceptable and I think we deserved an apology, which we did not get.

Awful! The management of The Odeon really should take themselves off to an Everyman or Curzon, they would learn a lot!

We have just been to see Mission Impossible in screen 7. The seating plan is completely misleading as the screen does not extend past the aisle on the left. The seats barely slope from the front to back, so if you have a tall person sitting in front of you, a large part of the screen is blocked out. Throughout the movie the sound from the adjacent screen could be heard. Overall, we made a mistake going to that particular cinema and won?t be going again. Can?t wait for a Putney to open again.

We had tickets for screen 7, space was small, screen was small compared to other cinemas, old chairs and not too comfortable compared with the newer cinemas. Good food selection, nachos were good

Fairly small screen, but friendly staff.

As bad as it gets and odeon is misrepresenting the rooms on their website.Book something supposedly in front of a screen and seat in front of a wall and look sideways for the screen.
