What a fantastic service, I went there today with my new Nokia phone with an 02 5G sim card which I had been unable to use. The very kind man there sorted the problem out in less than 5 minutes, Thank you very much indeed !

Worst service and can?t be bothered to help. If you looking for good service go to O2 Kingston. Don?t waste your time going to the O2 in Richmond.

Appalling service on 30th June. Member of staff disinterested and totally unhelpful. Was visiting after message from O2 to say that I could have an upgrade. Will now be moving to another supplier.

Branch Manager demonstrated his expertise in resolving my issue.
Took the time and had the patience to complete the task without getting irritated.
Lots of staff in store.
Good working Air Conditioning.
Am not usually effusive about the big IT brands and was expecting it to be difficult but it was not even if it did take time.

My son came to the Richmond store on Saturday afternoon 12/4/05. The person serving was rude and very unprofessional. Couldn?t be bothered to assist him with a new phone/contract. Why have a high street shop if you do not wish to engage? If I could give zero stars I would! Rubbish 02 on customer face to face service.

The customer service was prompt and responsive. I did get a new phone which has turned out very well. However, I am less impressed with some immaturity and thoughtless, unhelpful advice from some workers when I had a query about my new phone not charging properly. I noticed the sales advisor kept looking back to his female colleague and giggling, which I found quite off putting! Also, they seemed to be closed for a lunch for a rather long time.

Worse customer service ever. Asian guy and black guy basically refused to sell me a phone as they soon need to go for lunch. Apparently its ok for them to close the store at lunchtime for them both go and hold hands together and have lunch. Over 15 years customer with O2 never ever had this experience at o2 store before. Shocking.

Went to 02 Richmond to swap up my phone from IPhone 15 to 16. Got there at 11am and was the only one in the shop, I believed I had saved everything to the cloud but wanted the expert to do it as I?m not very tech savvy and they say they will help you with this. The sales assistant that served me said they couldn?t help me with this as they were short staffed although as I mentioned I was the only one in the shop and also because the internet wasn?t very good in the shop so couldn?t save my data to the cloud which isn?t a good advert for 02, so I came away with the same phone I went in with so not very good I will need to look for another 02 shop next weekend.

This lady Suzan that works at this O2 shop/store in Richmond doesn't realize how.lucky she is I'm not an uncover O2 boss coming in asking for help. I would fire sack her on the spot after the shame, disregard and don't know what else to call the way she treated me. She just left me alone in the desk and went serve other customers saying I was being challenging and difficult over a security question... she didn't want to help me first thing period. Been an O2 customer for.years and today decided to move on to another provider.
I left that store without a new contract and upgrade that I wanted and needed help for. It's just unthinkable the people these store hire... no wonder they are closing everywhere.

I always get helpful, efficient service from Brendon, he sorted out our new phone upgrade and managed to reduce my family plan bill. Many thanks Brendon for your patient and reliable service, I hope you never leave the O2 store in Richmond !!!
