Shopping is a good experience, but post shopping survey at makeyourmands.co.uk was worst as it did not accept the numbers as per the bill and tried so many times it showed error.If M& S or this survey has some issues please rectify it.

Excellent quality products. Be careful if visiting on Sunday, store opens 10.30 for browsing only with tills opening at 11.

I use this store for groceries and men's clothing. I really like the clothes and the groceries are very convenient, but it's not a one-stop shop for me.

Well equipped shop. Don?t see why so many clothes are stocked but could be they have better research into this. Food options were plentiful and staff was good.

Shop open at 8:00 - 19:00, but changing room doesn't open till 10 am and shuts at 4 pm. I'm sure all this makes sense in someone's head.Edit and a quick tip: M&S Kew Retail Park - greater choice, and no one bats an eye when you use the Fitting rooms at any time.

My favourite place to food shop! Always well laid out with a good selection for all occasions.Nice option to browse clothes, gifts, cards and flowers on the way in and out. Self check out and aided check out options

Disappointed and wasted half a day. The Manager Angela's customer service falls short of expectations.Angela, the manager, delivered an unsatisfactory level of service. Her unhelpful and unsupportive attitude left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.Receiving excellent customer service is vital, especially during challenging situations. Regrettably, Angela failed to meet even the minimum requirements of customer service. Her lack of empathy and professionalism intensified my frustration, resulting in an overall unpleasant experience.

I?m sure not many people leave reviews here for a normal Marks and Spencer?s; but I do have to commend it to be the only place with a washroom that you can access easily nearby in the area!Clean toilet; it is situated right next to the food hall. ?
