Week day the queue is massive, cuz not enough ppl working in this branch, I had to wait 45min to ask if I could change my ripped 10 pounds note, when I got there she said u need to send it to the bank of England, fair enough but I wasted 45 min for a bloody question and if it was no one that I could ask, shut down this branch is pointless.
Ppl work there don't look motivated, no working strategies.....

We visitised this Branch today and received excellent and very friendly service from Nikki,the Branch Manager.She was very patient and completed everything with alacrity and with all the due diligence expected from this reputable bank.It was a delight to have met her and visited this relaxing and spacious Branch.Thank you all very much.

Worst customer service, the workers were very rude, disrespectful. I wont be going back there again, ever again.

Very slow, all the staffs not in the working mode. Won?t be coming back again. Even the deposit machine slower than the other branch and always out of service ?.

Come again to Lloyd Bank in Richmond and guess what of course they have issues again and again very poor service nothing working in the bank properly looks so messy the blond lady on the desk was very rude
Very disappointed as usual
I hope someone who cares has got to check how they work and what services they provide

It's been a long time since I've had great customer service. I had to go into the Richmond Branch and was looked after by Shilpa.
This lady really knows her job.

I went there a few days ago when my account was fraud attacked , The manager there, Mrs. Samira Kheradmandi, spent more than two hours and solved my problem, she was really professional and caring with the best customer service, She deserves ten stars, I have been a Lloyds Bank customer for over ten years and have always received the best service

It was the hot weather outside and their air conditioner is not working properly. I was there and one old lady was in the queue and no take care of her that even she can?t stand properly. And they didn?t offer chairs for them.

Staff always very helpful . So good to have a branch open where you can actually talk to people. I hear most customers being polite and appreciative and just the odd person reacting badly to having to wait often just for a very short time. Queue just depends on time of day usually but people have problems that might take a little longer to sort out.
