For some reason, food is ALWAYS slow at this branch. I do not experience this at other Leon branches.
It isn?t the FOH staff. They?re always waiting on the kitchen. Perhaps it is just understaffed I don?t know.
Don?t take your customer loyalty for granted.

Quick service, the box of katsu rice (£7.99) was good. A little more rice would have been appreciated though.

Leon is so overated, i dont even understand gow the business still manages to stay open, food tastes horrible, like eating out of a dusbin truck, terrible service, overpriced too. DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS QUALITY FOOD.

I always like coming to Leon, but this is the second time I come, within a month and the toilets are still out of service. If I am going to sit and have something to eat there is a chance I may need to use the toilets. I hope next time I come, the "toilets out of service signe, won't be there anymore.

"It's always a great experience at Leon Richmond every day for my morning cup of coffee also the food is delicious, fresh, and served quickly. The staff members are always friendly and efficient, and they remember and call me by my name. I highly recommend this amazing place for anyone looking for an awesome experience."

Two meals and 2 drinks in the evening of 21 May 2024. Restaurant was still serving new customers. I was refused access to the customer toilets by the woman serving because "They had already cleaned them for the day". I politely asked again but was again refused. I asked if there were any nearby public toilets and was told that there were not. Absolutely disgraceful service. They were happy to take my money. I was respectable, well dressed, sober and clean. This was an insult and a huge inconvenience.
