It can be intimidating walking into stores like this, so I just wanted to acknowledge the great service in H&B Richmond. The store is immaculate and the staff are welcoming and really know their stuff. It was easy to find what I wanted and the staff were friendly and helpful. The store is a credit to the company.

Holland & Barrett in Richmond is one of the better branches I?ve visited. The store is clean, well-organised, and has a wide range of vitamins, supplements, and natural products. I?ve always found what I needed, and the staff are especially helpful?Margaret in particular has been amazing, offering thoughtful, knowledgeable advice without any pressure. It?s clear they care about customer service. The location on George Street is really convenient too. Overall, a great spot if you?re looking for health products and a bit of expert guidance.

I just wanted to share how helpful and knowledgeable Meena was during my visit. I went in feeling completely overwhelmed by all the different vitamins and supplements, but she took the time to really listen to what I needed, asked a few thoughtful questions, and then explained the options clearly without being pushy.
Her advice felt genuine and informed, not just based on what's popular, but tailored to my needs. You could tell she really cares about customers and wants them to leave with confidence in what they?re buying. It?s rare these days to get that kind of personal, attentive service. I left feeling much more informed and appreciated her patience and kindness.

Heya, I?d like to thank through this way to Osama, yesterday he was doing an amazing job at being receptive to a concerning situation happening to my friend , having a collapse. He was so kind to give me a chair for her to sit down and he offered water so I appreciate his hospitality, the fact Osama saw we needed help but he left us space necessary for recovery of my friend to come out of an FND collapse, he trusted me I knew what I was doing anyway and helped me around showing me kindly informatiom about the neccessary products I needed to purchase. So for that he deserves a RAISE. He should be recognised and appreciated , and he earned the key of trust. I work in hospitality so I notice behaviours and everything with rish assesments and honestly he exceeded my expectations. So Hats off to him. Respect and God bless!

I had the most exceptional experience at the Holland & Barrett in Richmond on the 5th of December at around 4:30 pm, thanks entirely to Margaret. I walked into the store feeling anxious and unsure about what supplements might help with my concerns. Margaret greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel at ease.
She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each product to me, asking thoughtful and detailed questions about my specific situation. It was clear she genuinely cared about understanding my needs and finding the best solution for me. Her patient and empathetic approach turned what could have been an overwhelming and stressful shopping trip into an entirely peaceful and relaxing experience.

Was refused a refund or a vouchers on unused two pots, £33l.
Collagen marine. Got rush and itchiness. Stopped, Restarted -again rushes -allergy. Went to store - store closed ( Richmond). There were no forewarning when I was purchasing those two weeks prior about closing.Then i cant find the receipt, cannot find' holland ' on either bank statements. Went to store today ( Richmond reopened) - manager went to the back of the store stating as it is over 30 days ( just) - he must call Customer Service, returned, - sorry cant do nothing. How would I know if he did contacted senior staff? 'it is my problem that I did not go to another town for a refund'. I work Mon to Fri... i spent over £200 , they my address, mobile, - yet no receipt emailed to you , and difficult to get in touch when things aren't' right. What am i supposed to do with the unused unopened two tubs as from teh first i learned I am allergic to. Speechless.

UNCOMFORTABLE HOSTILE STAFF RECEPTIONEntered store last week as a local regular customer for years holding my full and tied plastic bag of goods purchased with receipt from other stores and stood beside tills near store entrance to speak to store management about Boots security guard postings of me to other stores inc Holland & Barrett?s with my photographs on some inter store security WhatsApp group.Then this middle aged female staff wearing glasses spots me stand there holding the full plastic bag then looks at the bag looks at me looks at the entrance she clearly thinking that I am a thief who has just concealed goods into this bag and is looking for chance to run out of the store being so close to the entrance then despite other customers needing assistance around me she comes quickly to me shouting several times from distance to me:?Can I help??? ? Can I help?Everyone now looking at me as though I am a thief she had just caught red handed.EMBARRASSING and HUMILIATINGI work in retail too and I am an security officer with fifteen years experience and this approach by this staff is what we retailers call?retail staff security deterrence?.When staff immediately approach customers they think are suspicious and who they think are going to steal goods to prevent them from theft and to let them know that staff are watch them.That day staff was wrong as I am not a thief.When I asked to see the manager this staff turned scared still eyeing my filled plastic bag and referred me to her supervisor at nearby tills saying condescendingly?He wants to see the manager.?Discussion over to defend my honour over Boots security guard?s social media postings of me to Holland & Barrett?s and stores I then left the store feeling victimised and criminalised after the supervisor began shouting unsympathetically that she doesn?t understand my query and she other customers to serve.Terrible and hostile treatment by staff.?
