Barely a bank - essentially just a huge room with an ATM outside. Not sure how Halifax management has decided to keep this open as it?s misleading.

Branch hours are limited. No longer open on Sat. The whole of uk banking is a disaster. These old style high st banks keep closing their branches &?limiting their hours.

Atm debited £500 from my account after I asked for £50 and then cancelled request when suspicious character behind me claimed Atm wasn?t working. I retrieved my card without withdrawing the cash but then discovered £500 had been debited from my account. Reported to my bank who are investigating. Be careful when using this atm

Genuinely puzzled what this branch is useful for. There is no counter staff so you can't actually do anything you wouldn't do using the ATM or online banking anyway. Waste of a branch - bring back the counter staff or might as well close it tbh.
