Eating with Greg's is one of my favourite, but the atmosphere of the service crew are so disgusting very rude, not even smiling to the customer!! not listening to the customer orders.

2nd of Feb, 2025 around 5:45pm; they left a mop right next to the ordering spot and a gentleman almost fell over. We told the female staff 'there is a mop here' as any one would know it shouldn't be there without a yellow warning sign or something, but she just said 'I know it is there for a reason' when there cannot be a legitimate reason to make customers fall over. Very rude throughout the entire encounter. I truly hope the manager would take any sort of action.

Always 40- 60 mins for an order on justeat. Why ? I am 3 mins away.
Also got extra bacon and was told if you have an omelette ,you do not get the extra bacon. I was charged for it !! The staff obviously do not give a monkeys . Never ordering again. Time wasting jokers !!

DO NOT EXPECT HOT FOOD OR GOOD SERVICE FROM GREGG'S INSIDE RICHMOND STATION!!!

It was cold and I especially requested something that was hot and was given something COLD in return.
The 3 people behind the counter were busy having a conversation in, which I had interrupted. Not sure if this was why I was given something cold.
Luckily my train was delayed and I had time to jump off my train to request a refund, the man behind the counter said that Gregg's cannot guarantee hot food?? - how is that possible l, when I requested something hot, and was given something COLD??
I have been to a few Gregg's and made the same request. Staff have been honest and have said that food was only warm, and others have asked me to come back to let items cool, especially when items have just been baked.
@ALL visiting this branch, if you want to be messed around by the staff while on your limited lunch break. DO NOT GO HERE!! This is not the place to come to!! Manager is really cocky.
Retraining needs to happen for staff at this post @Greggs.

Wouldnt even give 1 star , the staff in here are beyond lazy, they would rather talk to each other than get the orders out, always queuing out of the shop as staff are so slow, food from hot cupboard is cold by the time you have been served, and staff put hot food down, and left it, whilst sorting out the delivery guys, why not put in the hot cupboard first??? Obviously the area manager doesn't give a toss, or they would sort this diabolical service out, just simply wont use again, i dont have the time to stand about waiting for the staff to be bothered to serve me

Dropped in for a quick bite on my way home from a haircut. Great food and amazing service, and this branch has plenty of seats and tables.

It was at 7:34PM on a Friday night, the shop was empty, I ordered a sausage roll and it?s cold like ice. I asked the front of house staff to heat it up.
He told me it?ll take time. I said i don?t mind.
The fact that they sell sausage rolls cold from the first place is unbelievable!
Less than a minute went by, the later came out, and didn?t seem really happy, sent me back my roll and it didn?t even warm at all!
I was so so a disappointed by the way I was treated, with a cold hearted and a cold sausage roll ever!
