Exceptional service that you rarely find in retail.
Gosia was so helpful in finding items in my size that were not immediately available on the shelves. Offering to order stock in especially, and for practicality, put an item on hold for a different store to collect the next day.

The zip on my old Gant jacket broke and they repaired it here for free. Nice to see they take sustainability seriously.

I don't normally review stores but I was in here last Saturday morning and received fantastic service. I don't believe a person has ever pondered a navy shirt as much as I did. The lady who served me was extremely helpful and patient.

You can't find the full range of Gant clothing that you see on Gant website. I have been advised to go to Gant's main branch in Regent Street to find what I am looking for. It was disappointing!Good customer service.

The best Customer Service we have EVER experienced. Today my husband and I popped into the Richmond Gant store, we were greeted by a friendly young guy who noticed we were looking at hoodies. He asked if we needed another size, and then mentioned a few other hoodies in the sale. He popped to the back and grabbed multiple sizes in the range within minutes, offered advice and was super knowledgable about the brand. So friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Then served by Samir at the checkout who was also so friendly and actually interested in having a conversation, not just sales chit chat. Just genuinely nice people who seemed like they were all happy to be working there. What a nice shopping experience. Thank you!
