Asked for two teas since the coffee machine was broken (???); the person serving us was nice but took AGES to make the drinks, not sure why they were moving at sloth-pace as we were the only people in the shop. Drinks didn?t taste too good either.

Why even be open if your coffee machine is broken and to have a tiny sign in the window is a joke

Small place, but has everything that a Costa offers! Connected to the ODEON cinema in Richmond, it's perfect for a pre-coffee session before going to see a film with friends or family. Also on the way to Richmond Park, so you can have a nice rest after a long day in Richmond Park here. There are not so many seating options, but that may be due to them being part of the cinema.

This used to be a nice cream shop which was fine, but as a branch of Costa Coffee, itâ??s really far too small, providing seating for only a handful of patrons. Also, who brings a coffee into a cinema? Ice cream was the much better option.

Nice little store front that hides its long length inside. Staff are friendly and speed of service was satisfactory. Nice and clean. Usually there are sticky marks left over from other patrons but these tables were wiped down constantly. Everytime someone left a staff member would appear to clean up. Coffee from costa is always fantastic and although food is satisfactory it is overpriced. There is a Sainsbury's next door. I suggest buying your croissants there. Lovely spot to wait for your train as the station is next door.

Can't understand the reviews that say this has good service. Every time I go, I'm amazed at how slow and disorganised they are. Seems to be a high turnover of staff.
