Paid £25 for four of my own small balloons to be filled with helium. When I got them home, only one floated. I called them and they had zero interest in helping me, or owning any of the problem "stick them to the wall with sellotape"

Terrible service, this lady from Eastern Europe perhaps Polish was very rude as she gave me a helium balloon that was leaking and by the time I took it home in the back of the car which had no sharp objects, it has deflated 70% do I took it back to the shop and she bluntly refused and accused me of deliberately creating this leak which is totally absurd. So in the end I asked if I could atleast have some money off and that I was happy to purchase another one which she bluntly refused, really poor customer service and I felt borderline racial abuse from her. Nevertheless do avoid in all cases you have better options around the corner called Toy Station that stocks all that you need and they provide a service with a smile.

I brought a pack of balloons for my daughter's 18 birthday - Of the pack of 6, 3 of the balloons had holes in them. When I went back to the store, the only alternative 18 Birthday balloons available were grey which is hardly the colour you want for a celebration
