Caffe Nero is a chain of coffee shops located all around London. We visited locations by Trafalgar Square, near Windsor Castle, and Bluewater Mall. All times, the baristas were relatively kind and accommodating to allergies and substitutions. They have a great rewards program, so if you're new to the area, I'd recommend downloading the app for discounts. The coffee and hot chocolate itself was pretty average but was definitely worth the price. We tried the millionaire's hot chocolate - the double fudge whipped cream and marshmallows really saved the drink. I also tried a hot chocolate with 2 pumps of gingerbread and 2 pumps of vanilla which fulfilled my holiday drink cravings. The desserts were really nice as well. We tried the millionaire's cake (a classic in Europe), a pistachio mousse, and a carrot cake. All were a little too sweet, but worth the price. The aesthetic inside all of the Caffe Nero's we went inside were great. There was plenty of seating and places to take pictures. I'd recommend for someone looking for a quick coffee/bathroom break on a trip with their family.

I mean it's a Caffè Nero so I knew what to expect and it delivered. I think what makes it worthy of a review is its location which is across the road from the buzzing and beautiful Trafalgar Square which makes people watching with a cuppa that little bit more interesting!

Stopped in for a coffee and almond croissant today! The folks behind the counter were fast and friendly. The almond croissant was much better than their competitors. What else do you want in the morning from your local coffee shop! Stop on in!

While the ambiance is decent and the service is speedy, unfortunately the coffee served here lacks any real flavor. As a result, we cannot in good conscience recommend grabbing your cup of joe at this establishment. Fear not though, as there are plenty of other superior options in the vicinity.

The coffee was great and the food looked good, but it was too close to dinnertime for me to try the food. If you're in the area, I'd say that it's a good place to get coffee and pastry.

Love the coffee and cakes here, staff very friendly. Always clean and tidy in the actual coffee shop . The toilets are awful!\\nMy other moan is a single person with a laptop working, being allowed to sit at a table for 4 or 6 people. We was a group of 3, and had to sit at a table of 2 and get another chair.\\nThis should not be allowed!!

Girl who made the drinks last weekend was making them so fast that they were so poorly made. My pistachio latte was lukewarm with no flavour. I took it back to her and she just pumped in a shot of pistachio syrup and gave it back to me. The flat white we got was also bad.

Love this branch and their staff. My only feedback is for tables to be more regularly cleared and cleaned from empty and dirty mugs and plates (though I cannot comprehend why customers do not remove them).

I always like the coffee from Caffè Nero and no complaints today on that score. It would have been lovely if the male staff actually got on with their jobs and served the customers rather than flirting with them! As a result, only 1 female member of staff was actually working, which led to queues and other customers jumping line - grrrrr

I don't normally go to Caffe Nero after some bad experiences in some shop in Central.\\nRichmond is a cozy place, nice and well organised, so I decided to try this place.\\nI must say, service is very good and quick, coffees are tasty.\\nWorth trying it.

The coffee is excellent. Nice quiet place out of the way. Staff were very nice, let our kids try some luxury hot chocolate which was lovely.

Regular here. I enjoy the seating, the vibe, and the coffee. The customer service is mostly good, however the gentleman with glasses needs to learn some more manners. Taking my order with his back to me, serving the food as if he?s doing me a favour and talking in a stern tone. Not the first time he?s done this to me either. The ladies on the other hand are brilliant!
