Pharmacy completely useless. I just went to pick my prescription, pharmacist doesn?t start until 9:30. It doesn?t say online or anywhere. Why should I choose a pharmacy this way?

Automatic service and the staff so rude .I don't want to pay automatic and I know Boots is not caring about my preference however should care how people are treated. What the staff think we don't know how to use those machines that treats us like idiots?.I just left my staff and shopped somewhere else .I am sorry but never again Boots remember you don't sell nothing unique and your products can be found very easy every where else

Unprofessional. I booked a flu job over a week ago and they cancelled my appointment just a few hours before. I rebooked again, accepted and CANCELLED again. What is wrong with this pharmacy? Such a shame for Boots.Will never go there again.

I have Been going to Richmond boots for a long time ,Usually staff are really friendly & helpful, but on the day, that I went ,very unhelpful and couldn?t care less. no suggestion to check other store or online .maybe new staff members probably need training on customer service .Hardly any stock and very untidy.

It never has most items that are available everywhere else. Not helpful stuff. When you ask for stock just says no we don?t have it. No direction to online or maybe another store. Just sad. Plus the space is so tiny and cramped and terrible layout. Should close and find a new management to refresh. Take example from other boots stores that actually work. Please. Richmond has many buyers that need quality boots

There is insufficient staff in the pharmacy. I was 4th in line today and it took me over an hour to get my medicine. This is clearly unacceptable. When I left there were over a dozen people waiting.The attendant behind the counter told me that they were so backed up that some orders that were a week old still hadn't been processed.I won't be coming back to this location.

I would have to say, the worst Boots I have ever tried to call in London. The phone is either: line busy (their phone has been placed off the hook) or redirected continuously, around their automated phone system or if you're extremely lucky you may receive a ringing tone for several minutes and then get disconnected after someone answers the phone to end the call. Forget about trying to communicate with their in store pharmacy on option 3. YOU WILL NEVER GET THAT RARE OPPORTUNITY .You'll have better luck calling WESTFIELDS or the several branches of Boots on Oxford Street and be able to speak to a member of staff. Their flagship stores, customer volume have a 40% increase of customers, compared to this branch. Disgraceful communication. Their pharmacy shouldn't be registered with the NHS website if customers are not able to speak to their Pharmacist. I would suggest to make a complaint to their H.O customer service team, in regards to their pharmacy system and also contact the NHS website. I know chemists where they are directly situated opposite a GP surgery and you'll still be able to communicate with their Pharmacist. Nothing special about the Boots in Richmond. It might be located in an effluent area but unfortunately their unprofessional staff doesn't fit the profile. The phone system is clearly an issue as other individuals have also complained on Google and other websites. A shame the General Manager doesn't take note of the reviews. The only positive comment I can add, is their pharmacy opens on a Sunday.

Awful pharmacy, rang to ask if they had an item in stock which they did, and then arrived there to be told they?re reserving it for a ?regular patient? which is beyond ridiculous?. Don?t tell me it?s in stock and then waste my time travelling to you, and then encounter some of the rudest staff. Telling me it would take 30 mins to get the prescription in an empty pharmacy with 2 members of staff. Avoid at all costs

Never been here with less than 7 people in line for their prescription pick up, or with more than two people serving that line up.Same for the downstairs.And often only one person. What a pain.Then you get to the counter and there is his huge audience waiting impatiently behind you so it makes it rather hard to ask a question, especially if it?s a personal.

The lift never works. For almost a year now the lift is out of service every time I go. I?m a wheelchair user and haven?t been able to get upstairs for months. Staff try to help but it would be so much better if the lift was just in service.Please fix this it?s awful
