My husband was discharged with a carers package which was this agency\\n1. Inconsistent visits\\n2. Different carers ( I use that term\\nLoosely )\\n3.Did the least work /care as possible\\n4. Excuses for not turning up on time\\n5. Bad management Bad Habits\\n6. Quality care commission report poor\\n7. Person in charge not a good role model constantly making excuses\\n8. Uniform of company worn never mask gloves no Apron\\n\\nVery poor they should not be on a NHS care provider list one star is being generous 0/10\\nVery poor
