We came without a reservation but we're accommodated quickly. My server Pedros was excellent and quick to notice my pregnancy and assist to an accessible washroom instead of the one upstairs.
The vegan food options were great and Creme Brulee was wow too.
Overall very happy with Ivy!

We had breakfast at the Ivy in Richmond. The smoothies are not homemade, it comes from a bottle. We had a bad reaction from it and it had a strange after taste. We would expect a restaurant of this nature to atleast use fresh ingredients and make it themselves. The atmosphere was overly formal and the waiters were not very friendly or welcoming.

Lovely place for a special occasion lunch. We really enjoyed the food and it has a great atmosphere. The service is very effecient and professional!!

I was present at a baby shower yesterday the service from Vitorino were amazing they catered to all our host Benitas needs. The food was amazing. It was just great service the down side was the room was rather hot all in all a great experience for our friends first baby.

Mother?s Day breakfast. Half order didn?t arrive. Waiters oblivious. 4 managers walking around but also oblivious. Asked for rest of order still didn?t arrive. Held hand up for 2 min looking for service. Nothing. Ordered fresh squeeze orange juice and got orange juice from carton. When I complained about the service I got a sarcastic apology from front of house while she sniggered with colleagues. This is my third time at the Ivy and had these issues each and every time. it will be my last.

I'm currently a guest at the restaurant and enjoying a vegetarian breakfast. I am very impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and the very professional service. Fair value for money, it is a recommendation

Went there for dinner with my son and his new girlfriend. No reservations but there was plenty empty tables so we ware in luck.
The only way I can describe experience is chaos.
Appetizer arrived after main course, sparkling water never arrived, ribeye steaks more like 8oz not 12oz. Manager on several occasions removed food while we ware still eating.
Honestly we had better service in McDonalds.
£216 for 3 main courses, house white and 1 bread and 4 sides I was expecting more.
Will not be returning.

Since this location of the restaurant chain opened in spring 2017, we've been happy to book in again and again for lunch, dinner, or a few cocktails after the theater or a shopping trip. Of course, all the locations are similar, but I always find the team at Richmond particularly charming and the stylish interior unusually well-executed. The dishes are generally of decent quality, but on our last visits, they were served lukewarm. The only real negative point is the horrible 'coffee specialties' ? regardless of the form (cappuccino & espresso) they're served. A well-trained Italian barista could remedy this! Otherwise, you're better off opting for a fine digestif. Bottoms up! ?

I had a full English breakfast and really wasn't impressed by the taste; I've had much tastier and fresher food.
Unforgivable at this price!
The ambiance was very good, the staff superficially friendly.
I can't recommend this restaurant.
