?I recently visited the Richmond store to get my daughter's first ear piercings, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the manager, Louisa, and her colleague, Tarunika.
?Both were incredibly good with my daughter, making her feel completely at ease. Tarunika was so informative, patiently explaining the entire process and giving her plenty of time to choose her perfect earrings.
The store itself was spotless and impeccably organised, which made me feel confident in their high standards of hygiene. The piercing itself was quick and painless, and my daughter is absolutely delighted with her new earrings. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I had my second piercings done at Accessorize, and you can clearly see from the video how uneven they were! I raised my concerns with the manager at the time, who told me not to worry and to let them heal, then come back in a few months to have them redone.
However, when I returned, I was charged again to have them fixed ? even though the first piercing was clearly done incorrectly by a new member of staff. I?m really upset by the whole experience. The customer service was disappointing, and I don?t think it's fair that I had to pay twice for their mistake.
I?m still waiting for a refund and really hope they do the right thing.

Today I went into the Richmond store and had excellent customer service from the staff!
One member of staff was helping me and understood what I was looking for.
Even this particular member of staff knows her stock and brand in the store!
Thank you for your help and I will be visiting back very soon!

Very friend staff and fun colorful products. Love the french, brunette, middle age lady there. She has been there for years and she is friendly and helpful to everyone.

I used to love their special designed hats. Every season I would buy two to three hats for my wardrobe collection and even bought them as a gift for my friends overseas, but since last year they stopped selling the designer hats. Instead of just so-so hats which are not special at all! I hope they will change it back as I really miss them =(
By the way, the staff in the Richmond branch are very friendly (it's the branch that I usually visit).

Just called the shop to ask if they did a headband with cats ears and the girl didn't understand. Asked if I could speak to someone who spoke English and she hung up on me. Called back 4 times and refused to answer the phone!!!! useless uniformed staff
