Food is AMAZING!!! However ask for a cookies and cream cake pop and the employee said that they were out the last one in the showcase was for display. WHY DO YOU NEED TO DISPLAY SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE!!????

Not pleased with the communication or honesty got second time. I purchased the fudge brownie hot chocolate was not told there wasn?t no chocolate whip cream and brownie bites on top. First time, let it go. Second time, they didn't have any... then why is starbucks overcharging me a hot chocolate if they dont have these. Then on top, wasnt told about s cup fee. Of you dont have the ingredients then maybe say ?sold out?.

worst coffee in a 20 mile radius by far? Have tried an Oat Latte several times, hoping other baristas will make it better. Nope. Horrible taste, either watery or just foam - nothing Latte about it.
When I ask for it not too hot they either make it boiling hot still or lukewarm.
Why does Starbucks not care about barista training???? At least teach them a difference between latte and cappuccino.
