Really helpful and thoughtful staff
I was there with a friend who's hamster had just pasted
They were very accommodating
The young vet we were dealing was so helpful giving my friend a card with his hamster's paw prints in it.

I enjoy going to the New Malden store which was recently refurbished and a better layout.
The Sales Assistant Milan greeted us with a smile, she eas very helpful and even advised me to use the website/App to order the product that I could not find in store.

??I just wanted to provide some very positive feedback about one of your staff - namely Jan in your New Malden store.
?Jan approached us and asked my husband and I whether she could help us in any way. Jan was extremely helpful and very friendly. She helped us a great deal and showed us how to get the best from our app and our account.
I understand Jan has worked for you for some considerable time and we can see why. She is a credit to your company. If possible, please make Jan aware of our feedback and tell her how much we valued her assistance.
We also took our toy poodle for grooming by Alex ??? in the parlour.?? As always, she did an excellent job and our poodle looked fabulous when we collected him.
We also buy our fish and accessories from this store. The fish have always been very healthy and there is always an excellent choice.

A place to go for all your pet's needs. It even provides parking for pet owners. On this visit I was able to use some of my money ? off vouchers, which was a bonus.

We did the pet shop kids experience with Matt and he was absolutely fantastic with the children, explaining information about the animals. He was so calm and lovely and made the experience so fun for the children (and us adults too)! Thank you so much!
