I took my dog today for grooming. I've received the worst service ever. Grooming area was very low in hygiene with terrible smell! Trimming was so bad that when I went back home my family didn't see any differences and I booked with my local dog grooming shop for next day.

It's OK, can be better. It was better when it first opens not so much now.Customer service from stop need to know better knowledge of what they're selling. Animal knowledge and care not as good as should be.

Loads of stock when I went (you never know what to expect when you go but this time was great). Quite busy with Xmas pet shoppers and tills ringing. Still miss the chickens though.

One of the better Pets at Home Stores as it is usually fully stocked, however I find they never seem to have that one thing I am looking for, the store is very clean, they welcome dogs in store and the staff (as is the case in every PaH store) are always friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, they clearly love animals. The prices are a little high, and the products are very generic compared to what you can find online, I would recommend taking out a VIP card because it sometimes has very good savings.

Recently refurbished and really big. The cat food I was looking for was instock which wasnt the case for others I've visited. Isles are very wide and nicely spread out

Limited in store stock. Company is pushing g you towards ordering on line and click and collect. Almost feel they don't want us in store. Will only use as a last resort.
