It has been years since I was to this Greggs, but for 2 weeks while on vacation in Wimbledon, I stopped in and had coffee and pizza bread before heading to Raynes Park Station. I miss that morning pizza bread! The staff at Greggs was polite, and a great help in offering advice on things to do and places to see in and around Wimbeldon. Should I return to England, I will return to this Greggs location and enjoy.

There was no queue but staff were preparing things, so I waited about 5 minutes to be served, people started queuing behind me then a staff member came to the counter to serve the person behind me. I said I am here, then served me and tried to give me an unsightly-looking pizza, I chose the one I wanted. A bit of bias?

This particular Greggs has a fantastic team. In a team of stars there is a young English lady mid twenties/thirty who shines brighter. Be it 7am or 4pm she has the spirit that lifts your own persona. If greggs would want an employee to represent the brand, go to to coombe lane, raynes Park. I vote to pay them more money because your staff here are ? ?

Greggs as you would expect was a five star experience. Their food is fresh and tasty and their staff are friendly and welcoming.

I am honestly shocked and disgusted that the two older ladies that work in this Greggs make their customers feel uncomfortable, are highly rude and create an awful experience when I get my morning coffee it makes me want to go elsewhere. What makes it worse are that I believe it?s the Manager Sharon mainly that promotes this atmosphere and judgement with customers and selective with who they provide service to. I hate to say racist in this day and age but honestly promotes active discrimination. Someone like that should not be running any of your stores. Really quite taken aback by this - sort this store out and change Management because it?s incompetence and I?m noticing a pattern with this store.

Ordered 1 X Steak Bake, 1 X Chicken Bake, and Two Portions of Chicken Bites.Was given Cheese & Bean instead of the Chicken Bake. I am severely lactose intolerant. I only realised this once I took a big bite of the cold cheese & bean pasty.

The older lady at the till was really judgemental about my tshirt and was giving me a lecture about how I shouldn't wear a joke tshirt. I didn't come to Greggs to get a lesson in what's moral. Teach your staff better customer service.
