This is hands down the best and efficient Costa I have ever been to. I am always greeted with the biggest smile kindest staff members the manager is ever so kind to make sure your order was correct and your happy with your drink. They never fail to put a smile on my face and give me the best experience. Genuinly I couldn?t fault this branch. Please if you live near here make sure to pop in and grab a coffee. I?ve been to plenty of branches but this specific branch needs a raise as not once I?ve felt like my coffee wasn?t made correct or to feel like I wasn?t welcome . I?m so so happy with every staff memeber in this branch. Make my absalute day thank you guys ?

It's the people that make it and Tomek gets it spot on.Hopefully the Costa management have noted that the way his techniques for looking after customers and integrates it into a training programme because it a lot of people come back because of him
