Great station

This petrol station is NOT 24 hours. As you can see in the picture there is member of staff with AirPods on the phone. I knocked on the glass to get petrol. He pointed at something and then carried on his conversation. Please do NOT rely on this petrol station. Also BP if your customer care team does want to investigate I can give you the time and date of when I was there. You will be able to see the interaction and myself stood outside my car waiting and then having to leave.

I went there to take air for my tyres. There were cars parked in front and behind me. Just as I was finishing and about to drive out, a car squeezed in the little space behind me and a woman jumped out & went inside the shop. I had to blow my horn as I was completely blocked. There were loads of other legal parking bays empty for this woman to park. Instead she decided to deliberately block me. There was no time to come out of my car & get hold of her. So I blew my horn. The security officer came out and said he will not only give me a parking fine for parking illegally but also three points on my license for blowing my horn. He said that inspite of clearly seeing that I have parked within the box drawn for cars taking air. He did not say anything to the woman who blocked me. Racism has gone out of bounds in this country!

Yesterday I attempted to fill a brand new metal 5 ltr jerry can with petrol. It was fully labelled with the appropriate labels. The lady in charge refused to allow me to fill up saying the can was not compliant because it was a metal 5 litre container. She said if the can was a 10 litre metal container then that would have been acceptable!. I find that difficult to believe. Luckly for me I still had my old plastic container on me at the time which was acceptable to her. I hope the owner will respond and clarify this issue.

Late night staff are racist. I stand waiting to buy goods at the ?night pay window? and the staff see Me but ignore Me. Then when a male of another race comes to the window they help him first even though I have been waiting at the window the whole time. This is not the first occasion I have felt they don?t like white people.It is also a mission to buy goods from the night window due to the fact that the staff don?t know the products.

one of the petrol pumps was leaking and petrol was spilling through pipes when you start filling. . When I complained to the till the guy didn?t respond in regard. he just ignore whatever I said and also when I requested for the receipt he just chuck it to me. From now, BP Kingston Road will be my last choice.

This BP might have M&S (which saves it ) but wild bean coffee is so poor. The coffee here really bitter. Obvious the machines not cleaned properly. The pastries too are pre baked and often not fresh at all.The most annoying thing is I stop here 3 times a week really early morning. Every time one of the staffs car is parked in the disabled bay I so need. Every time. Why ? No blue badge either to show.Sort yourself out guys. You have so much potential

Poor and slow service. The staff cause queues in store, 3 staff on the floor and 1 behind till when there's 5 people waiting. When bell is pressed for help by staff member the others seem reluctant
