Not so Quick disbursement of parcels and short timings for the collection customers. Queues develop. Limited parking space, ticket checker always standby and almost reaches in 30 seconds to take pictures and parking fine gift comes homes.

Never see a postie or get my mail delivered, had to go there myself to collect my mail. Might aswell close it down.1 star feels to generous to give.

Paid for 24 hour delivery as the item was needed urgently, I have been home all morning waiting only to get a message...."Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 28-11-2023 as the address was inaccessible"An absolute load of rubbish!Its not, nor ever has been inaccessible.... disgracefully poor, lazy service!

Now I don?t like nor do I write reviews on google as I feel like most voices and concerns are not heard. But I must admit I am deeply disappointed in Rainham?s Royal Mail. Lying saying they have attempted delivery two days in a row is actually quite sad. I went down there this morning to do there job (deliver it) and the guy responded by saying there?s nothing we can do if it doesn?t come today (6th ) come back tomorrow and we?ll definitely have it by then . This is ridiculous what ever business structure Rainham Royal Mail has is terrible and shocking ?.. then they have the cheek to strike

Attempted del on Monday as out card says will.deliver next day. I waited in all day nothing.Parcel turned up a few days later luckily I was in.I paid for the postage and was not what I expected. Royal mail seems to be cutting back and not keeping up to its reputation of being the number one service.

Absolutely THE Worst delivery company. Never follows instructions, and then you can?t complain! If you do it?s never taken seriously! I would trust my dog to deliver my parcel better than these guys! Think it?s time we use DPD as our national delivery service!! Nobody chooses Royal Mail for a reason!

Absolutely ridiculous. I have two parcels coming, both times I have been in & they?ve stuffed the missed delivery through the door instead of ringing or knocking. I?ve even agreed they can leave it in a safe place because I work 40 hours a week & may not be around. It?s bad enough I avoid buying something that?s posted with Royal Mail, but I didn?t have a choice this time.

It used to be better, but now, I would prefer it to be closed for good. Stupid. It's the worst opening times, as someone else said most of us work in that time frame, so it's impossible to collect your parcel. Asked for redelivery to neighbour next door, and they probably haven't bothered to read and leave it there, another 2 days lost... I would prefer they close the post office instead of this.. One star is too much

I've come to collect my order but this time they didn't have it and told me the postman would deliver my parcel the next day which never ended up happening as they couldn't track it on their system. I had to find my parcel myself after a lot of struggle.

Only one star because you can?t give anything lower. The opening hours are pathetic. Just because they?re all part time workers they expect the rest of the world to adhere to their timetable. The sooner this place shuts down the better. The one at crow lane is open till 7pm most evenings so if you work full time (you know, like most of the population) you?ve got a chance of getting your mail.

In my 30 months experience with this branch I can't remember when it was working in the hours supposed to work.Even if Web site says it is open , still 50/50 chance it's closed.One star still too much.Sorry, it is how it is.
