Thank you to the team at elite tyres for an unbelievable service. Cheaper than other quotes on my Lamborghini tyres by £200!!!. Megan was so helpful from start to finish and made sure everything was done in a fast and efficient manner.
I will not be using any other tyre shop from now on I have found my place!!!

I knew my tyres were not wearing down evenly so thought I would give elite tyres a try. I checked on the website price of 4 wheel alignment £79.99, but ended up having to pay £127.88 to get my car back. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. It would have been cheaper to get some budget tyres. The invoices are obviously set out to confuse.

I would like to leave positive feedback for two amazing lovely ladies in elite tyres, Rainham. Firstly, Katie was kind and compassionate and treats vulnerable customers with sincere empathy. Secondly, Megan has the beauty as well as the brains. Megan is clearly drop dead gorgeous and right up there alongside all the Supermodels of Essex. She also helped me to resolve a complex fault with my car and I needed to call upon her knowledge and expertise from having worked for a main agent for several years.
I genuinely hope 'elite' as a company, will recognise and appreciate Megan's natural talents and to advance her career in management through formal qualifications and training. Her business acumen and proactive attitude is nice to see, for someone so young. Thanks to the Ladies at Elite.

I can highly recommend this tyre company I have an 8m motorhome which needed a set of tyres the sales guy I spoke to was very helpful and friendly
He give me confidence that the size of the motorhome was no problem which I was worried about

Excellent service and great prices!
I recently visited Elite and was really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They gave honest advice without any pressure and helped me choose the right tyres for my car. The fitting was done quickly and efficiently, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Prices were very competitive too.
Would definitely recommend Elite Direct to anyone looking for anything car related ? I?ll certainly be using them again!

Meghan was very polite and helpful with getting repair costs over the phone. I called later on the day before while I was looking at a used car and Urfan picked up the phone and gave amazing advice in not buying the car. The car was blowing smoke and the seller was lying and Urfan helped me understand this. He saved me from spending 10k. I really didn?t expect elite garage to consult me advice like that as other mechanics won?t help like this. Just shows how good the customer service is here. I?m currently looking for a decent used car and will use elite garage for my maintenance work. Thank you Elite for saving me a horrible nightmare.

Received great service from elite. Ian took me through various tyre options and what was required alignment wise too. Megan helped too with a few questions I had too. Didn?t get the technicians name but he pointed out a few minor issues which I kind of knew about too.
Very happy overall with the service received throughout and the cost was more than reasonable. Two tyres and four wheel alignment £203.
Would definitely recommend as I?ve used multiple times now.
