Particular member of staff in there was extremely rude and sarcastic towards me. Went in there to get a prescription and he had problems just getting it done, and got the completely wrong end of the stick thinking I had gone in there demanding tablets and not a prescription

Ive been using them for many years! Great staff and very knowledgeable will do all they can to help. The pharmacist there is the best by far! Always helpful and is far better than any Doctor in Rainham.. Especially as you can never get to see 1. Highly recommended. ?

Staff are so rude it's ridiculous clearly don't want business the woman at the till had a really bad attitude I wouldn't recommend this place better service at boots or Tesco pharmacy!

Once again this wonderful team organised a swift response to a repeat prescription..I've had many issues with Drs practice lately however, one call to chansons and they chased up medication not prescribed.The pharmacist is excellent. Every single one of the team, (with special thanks to Pam), are incredible. Very professional, hardworking, reliable.. highly recommend and keep up the good work, the community need you!
