Would never use this place again, very greedy in terms of money and no resolution for a problem. I bought a course which I originally enquired about over the phone, I went in and then paid for this course, and started it, I wasn?t told about any kind of expiration date for my minutes. A month before my minutes were due to expire I had a around 70 mins I was texted to say they were expiring, I called the company and just explained I was having laser and couldn?t use my minutes and could they please put a bit of an extension on so I could use them when I was finished they said it wasn?t possible to extend my course which I can?t understand as it?s dangerous to use both and it would be impossible for me to use my minutes and they also agreed I couldn?t use my minutes, when I said it wouldn?t cost them anything to extend my course just this once to allow for safe usage they said it would cost them money in electricity baring in mind I?ve already paid for the course and they aren?t duplicating used minutes it?s extending unused minutes so makes no difference if my course was extended slightly, so I wasted 70 mins which couldn?t be used and I wouldn?t extend them and also wouldn?t refund the money. Never come across such an unaccommodating company ever, and before they try and reply saying it?s on the adverts I never purchased it from an advert I literally called up and then popped in and it wasn?t anywhere about an expiration date for minutes and your staff member never made me aware either or it wouldn?t have been a problem. There?s plenty of sunbed shops go somewhere a bit more accommodating to their paying clients.

I?ve lived in the Rainham area for years and I?ve only just discovered Browns. The sunbeds are great. I had a couple of courses before my holiday. Stopped me burning.I?ve also had a great set of lashes done, first time I managed to keep them because I couldn?t feel the glue. Brook is so good at what she does.Two weeks ago I had a lash tint and curl. They look fabulous. Again Brook done a great job.

Booked appointment 2 weeks before for holiday wax. Hour and a half before appointment cancelled because the woman wasn?t feeling well. Absolutely unprofessional and i would not deal with them ever again! You can?t trust to have your appointments with this place! Absolutely shamefulService: Body waxing

Great service, friendly staff and overall amazing place.I booked with them over Facebook messenger, they replied quickly and promptly, booking me in the next day. When I turned up I was greeted and offered beverages, I had to wait a little while but was seen to.It was my first time there so I had to fill out some details about me before going in. I had Stacey as my beautician, and she did a fantastic job, I got waxing and she made sure to make me feel comfortable whilst doing her job diligently.I recommend this place and even booked in for my mom!
