The young lady who works here is lovely, but unfortunately the older white gentleman who often answers the phone is quite rude. Be wary because you will be shocked by the lack of manners with some of the staff here.

As always the crew and team at this pharmacy are exemplary.They have always exceeded my expectations,often they found ways around any glitches in the processes of ordering a repeat rx or simply guiding and advising me accordingly. They are polite ,very helpful and professional. George was a model of professionalism and joe the head pharmacist has always been utterly friendly and tirelessly professional.I've been using this pharmacy for some 6years plus and they never let me down. I often found them well stocked and if out they compensated by sourcing in a timely manner .always delivered when promised. The pharmacy is well stocked and prices are excellent on all other ancillaries. I forgot to mention the support crew ! Oh well they are perfectly helpful and ever so welcoming.Z.c.hajaig

This chemist received a prescription from Berwick surgery on Friday morning Friday afternoon I went to collect this prescription for my husband It was for 14 bottles of fortified drinks Not only had he not processed this he offered 5 bottles from his shelve When I got home I found these 5 bottles were 8 months out of date This left my husband without these fortified drinks, needed for his recovery of a major operation, and fingers crossed he gets them tomorrow.

This pharmacy had my babies prescription for he's allergy milk for over 10 days and after chasing twice was told that there was a mix up and there is a manufacturers issue. Was given a very insincere apology and when I was showing signs I was clearly upset that my baby will not have any milk I was told I needed to understand he's situation. Also when I asked why hadnt anyone contacted me in 10 days to tell me this he said it was because he didn't have my number, not good enough I live up the road, if I knew there was a possibility a child would run out of milk I would not just leave it until it was too late. Pharmacist also reckons he called around to other pharmacies to check stock within 3mins whilst taking another call from a customer, I queried how did you manage to call all the other chemist's in the area that quickly and I just got attitude. The most frustrating part about the whole mess is that when I handed in the prescription I asked him to confirm when it will be in and made sure he knew the importance and walked away feeling like he hadn't taken it seriously or paid much attention. Awful place, now waiting for my doctor to call me back as by the morning my baby will have no milk thanks to this shambles of a pharmacy. I suggest they first learn how to speak to customers and second make sure they contact customers ASAP when they realise there is an issue.
