Staff are rude and don?t answer the phone. Had a bad experience before when they said someone collected my medication when it wasn?t me or my family which is irresponsible and confusing for the me. I ordered my medication a week before i was about to run out and that response was what i was met with. I had to unfortunately go without because they said there was nothing they could do if it was already picked up but i didn?t pick it up? had to wait a couple days before i went back and they miraculously found it. As someone who works in customer service there was no engaged listening to my queries of concern about where my medication went, there was no attempt to even look for it. Honestly i?ve never received such irresponsible treatment before in a medical establishment. I only came to this pharmacy because the one i usually went to closed down. Honestly i wouldn?t recommend going here as they cost me a lot of grief with them losing my medication for days. Do better!

Not good service. As prescriptions order in advance , however the day to come and pick up have to wait ages . You are first on the queue , but you will be the last person to be served as your order not ready . Receptionist are nice except pharmacist lady is so rude. She said you can not be in hurry when you go there , must wait even their faults.

Staff is a very Rude, not helpful at all , they Got the prescription Electronically From the surgery, Three tim A disabled person went to the Pharmac to get the medication answer was medication is not ready, take seven days to get the medication ready and this is not the first time happened. Same thing happened previously. I?m in process to launch complain about them.

KEEP AWAY. Danger.
Especially when the team is with the litle not usefull ones, litle chubby and cloth covered hair. Not even to work in the butcher, apologies to the butchers.

The best pharmacy EVER ! In the 6 years that we have been going there we have found all the staff to be super efficient,professional,helpful and above all kind.The head lady pharmacist,(sorry I don't know her name),really does go above and beyond in a very busy pharmacy.Can't thank them enough,they all deserve a pay rise.

Sometimes I don't get all my prescription this happened last time a few months back I didn't get all my prescription pads to take up the sweat under my breast never had bad service a few months back
