Came to this wagamama after doing some shopping in Putney. Haven?t been to a Wagamama since 2022 and it didn?t disappoint the food was great Georgia was super lovely and attentive shout out her! It was my first time getting a Donburi instead of a classic katsu she helped me out allot and kindly gave me recommendations! Thanks again Georgia!? sorry if I spelt your name wrong

Food was amazing, service not as good mains came before the starters once food had arrived never saw a staff member was left with out finished plates on the table for over 20mins after finishing our meal because of the poor service we didn't stay for desserts we went elsewhere.
With the bill being over £100 I would expect a better service.

Deliveroo experience: Have been a Wagamama lover and advocate for absolutely ages, have the soul club and have earned many rewards. Today, as I do a lot of the time, called the Putney branch to do a custom meal removing certain veg and changing to udon noodles. Never had a problem. Spoke to staff names starts with A ends in o about 5pm, who wasn't happy about customising but said he'd do it the last time but we can't call and ask to have the veg removed of changed the rice noodles to udon noodle for my son again. Kare burosu arrived was absolutely disgusting, I am shocked and have been sick picture uploaded - please investigate ? wanted to add pictures on here too Google doesn't have that function.
Please don't do this to your loyal customer or any customer in fact!

Been having wagamama for almost 10 years, I don't know what they did to the ramen recipe, it thasted disgusting, literally like old kimchi. Paid and left hungry, what else is there to say

Surprising drop in food standards and high price. Gyoza overcooked. One piece of salmon on a £19 Soba order. I used to like this place.
