I visited this shop recently and while the work itself was fine, the experience could be better organized. The business is run by just one person, which means things move quite slowly. Only one customer is allowed inside at a time, so even if you arrive just 5 minutes early, you?ll likely be asked to wait outside?regardless of the weather or circumstances.
It would be helpful if the booking system were a bit more flexible or if there were clearer communication about this policy in advance. I understand the value of focused, one-on-one service, but a bit more consideration for customer comfort and scheduling would go a long way.
