I wanted to rutern the item but I was not able to do it as I guess they had a problem with their system. The staff didn't show any willingness to help , instead they tried to send me to Ealing Broadway which is located miles away and where I orginally bought the staff. Very disappointed with the approach!

The store is well stocked and usually with plenty of good merchandise. The team on the other hand are awful, rude and unprofessional at all times. Prices are missing from products and every time I have requested a price check I was given all different numbers and an attitude from the sales team both shop floor and at the tills. Moreover, they even treat the customer as an idiot thinking they would never realise the price lottery they are playing.

A decent size store with lots of stock to choose from. It can sometimes be in disarray but it is in the nature of this type of store. However, my lackluster experience with the staff today prompted me to write this review. I ordered on Click and Collect and came to collect my order. The system is inefficient and will have you standing around a random button for a while. Staff are super unfriendly, don't greet you and are not willing to help. I asked a staff member, who was right next to me at the Click and Collect, if I could get assistance and she just shrugged and said someone should come. Zero interest in assisting. Don't think I'll use that service ever again.

It is a good store, clean and well organized (sometimes).It is a typical store of the TK Maxx chain and offers the same products at the same prices.It's just that it can sometimes be a bit untidy and the products mixed up making it difficult to find what you're looking for.Also, at the checkout you have to wait a long time, as they serve only 1 cashier, or 2 sometimes.There is a shortage of staff on the floor and at the checkout, which creates inconvenience and a not very pleasant experience.

Aggressive and violent staffI shop here very often as it?s right next to my house . One of the staff at the changing room is very aggressive and even physically violent .When I came out of the changing room I was holding many things and I didn?t bring out all of the clothes at one , I intended to leave the ones I?m buying in the cart and then return for the rest . As I was coming out she started screaming at me ?you had 10 items where are the rest ? . I explained that they are still on the changing room and as I went to get them she grabbed the hangers from my hand with a lot of force . I asked her what?s going on and she just walked away .I am writing this because this is a store I come to very often and it?s a big deterrence to be treated this way by their employees .

Really love this store. I love bargain hunting and even though you might have to dig around and maybe not see something every time it's always nice when you do find a great bargain. I found a lovely dkny navy sweater dress with a hood that will be perfect for everyday wear with a pair of flat white runners or I could dress it up with tights and a pair of heels...it's very comfortable and I even wore it for a funeral!
