I felt deeply hurt and discriminated against, possibly because of my accent as a foreigner. I went to return a blouse I hadn?t even tried on ? I don?t usually try things in-store because my baby is fussy and I usually just pick one item and go. Yet they accused me of wearing it. That?s disgusting ? who would wear something already tried on by who-knows-how-many people? Honestly, this says more about the mindset of the cashier who made the accusation than about me.

Racially profiled to the point where another customer was confused at how they treated me.
All the times I've visited this store, when trying on clothes, I've never had the clothes snatched out my hands and patted down and triple checked as though I'm hiding items.
Next time make it less obvious by not announcing that I'm approaching the changing rooms into your headset.

Only one word unreasonable treatment was told I couldn't return an item which I hadn't worn and had the tag on it.
I discovered it had defect colour of jumper was unevenly dyed.
I was told and yet I saw a white customer have her item changed.
I won't go to this particular store again.

DISGRACEFUL AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR FROM STAFF ESPECIALLY MARIA. THEY CAN ACCEPT YOUR PURCHASES ALL DAY BUT RETURNING ONE ITEM YOU ARE INTERIGATED AND DENIED A REFUND. I ALSO NOTICED THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MINORITIES. CUSTOMERS WHO SHOP THE MOST ARE TREATED APPALLINGLY.

I visited the Putney branch today and it was horrible customer service,
A long queue of us awaiting to be serve and I saw a member of staff whom was standing doing nothing. And I asked if she could assist to put the queue she shouted you don?t need to be loud.

Terrible management here. I went in to return a gift and the lady behind the counter had to call the manager over as I was using my bank card and not the original as it was a gift and it did not fit. The manager was uncooperative and refused to do it without the original card, I understand that can be an issue but as someone that works in management myself I am fully aware this can be still refunded to my card. The manager then went on to say "how do I know you've not stolen this and are returning it for your card?" To which I laughed and replied "I just gave you a receipt" she wanted me to take a gift card. To which I said I do not want to ship here with a gift card I would rather return the item and buy something else. Which the person who brought me the shirt suggested if it didn't fit etc.
Not helpful at all. The lady behind the counter was at least nice and apologized the manager just huffed off and said "give him the shirt back"

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. The manager Maria said to my young daughter who was returning Xmas gifts. That she was committing fraud due to the items being in my name and bank details. Me and daughter live together and I give her my cards for the return. In fact I give her 3 cards not sure which I had paid with. She continued to humiliate her in store telling her that the police will be called and she refused to return all of the items!! I am off work due to a virus and wasn?t feeling well today. I will personally be going in store to see Maria?

Just bad costumer service, I wanted to return my daughter's trainers with all tags attached to it but the price tag wasn't but the manager didn't accept it. I went to Wandsworth tkmax absolutely professional and returned my money back. Also, the security gard is just rude and make you feel like a thief.

I've been going to this Tkmaxx for a long time but I don't want to go anymore the security guards have an invasive attitude. I'm a customer instead they make you feel like a potential thief. It's unpleasant to shop in this branch. I'm really annoyed.
