All good. Ash helped me set up new phone transfered all my data HE made sure I understood everything about my new contract and new phone I have Been with three this restored my faith. I didn't have to do anything. Excellent service

Great customer service in this store especially from Ash and Sarina! They sorted all my issues very quickly and were very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend for you to go to this store. They paid attention to my requirements and it?s usually difficult to find someone that listens or understands my problems that quickly and that?s exactly what they have done which made me feel so appreciated which is why I joined three.

I had a very unpleasant experience today at around 4:45 PM. I was standing outside the store, clearly visible through the glass door. A young female staff member was inside, saw me waiting, and completely ignored me. Despite making eye contact, she chose not to open the door or even acknowledge me in any way. I waited for about 10 minutes, expecting basic customer service, but was met with complete disregard.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It shows a lack of respect for customers and basic courtesy. Very disappointing and definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

The guys in this shop are the best. Knowledgeable and polite even when the clients aren?t. My third time in today. There was one person ahead of me who was treated very well then my turn. In and out in 5 mins.

Backend support was not able to help me, but the staff in the store didn?t give up, and solved my problem.

I arrived at Three at 11:00 AM, expecting the store to be open as advertised. However, even by 11:30 AM, the store was still closed. This lack of punctuality is really disappointing, especially since my internet at home has been down for the last two weeks, and I was counting on their services today. To make matters worse, I heard from others that their internet services have been down for weeks, which makes me question their reliability. This level of unreliability is unacceptable.

I had a horrible experience at this shop. Very rude customer service from the manager and the staff. They were completely unhelpful and extremely rude to me. They didn?t seem to know what they were doing ,I went to the shop in Putney and they solved my issue within 5 minutes. I recommend going to another shop.

My friend had been experiencing chronic issues with renewing her monthly data pack amongst other issues with Three.
I visited numerous stores..Ealing, Harrow, Wembley etc.
In desperation I went to Putney and met Jamie who seems to have a greater understanding of their systems upgrade than the supposed IT experts who created the mess. Jamie is brilliant..he should be the trainer for all their stores if Three had any sense..excellent customer service and he actually cares.
I don't blame the shopfloor staff at other stores..the issues with Three is a disastrous management team who don't seem.to care about sloppy service and sloppy systems upgrades. Staff themselves don't know what to do because senior management at HQ level have let them.down and let them.face the wrath of customers.
It's because of people like Jamie that Three are still in business..generally whether by phone or going to other Three storrs..staff don't have a clue how to fix issues because people far higher up don't have a clue so can't brief staff on what to do.I will be sending all.my friends with Three issues to see Jamie.
