I placed an order which included both food and drinks. However, only the drinks were delivered, and the food was never received. According to the receipt, there was an attempt to call me, but I did not receive any call or voicemail. Rather than cancelling the order or attempting any further communication, your team simply sent the drinks and left me to resolve the missing items myself.
This approach is extremely disappointing and falls well below the standard of customer care I expect from a brand like Pret. Not only was my meal incomplete, but I was also forced to initiate the refund process on my own through Uber Eats, wasting my time and leaving me without my order.

I?m rider, and today 11:00 am The restaurant ignored the order for a long time, even though they already had time available. They didn't care about the long wait for the driver, they were even cleaning and set up before giving priority to the Deliveroo order.

I visited putney hill location between 3-4pm today wearing work uniform and encountered a very disappointing situation. The woman, who I believe is Eastern European, tall seemed to be the manager and was wearing a red long sleeve shirt, displayed unprofessional behavior towards me. She treated me with disrespect and was extremely rude during my visit. As a tradesman, I felt judged and undervalued by her attitude. It was evident to other customers as well, who were shocked by her conduct. I was very embarrassed, I believe this individual, possibly the manager, should be relieved of her position for the sake of maintaining good customer service standards. I would appreciate it if this branch could reach out to me to discuss this matter further.

Disappointed
They recently changed all the staff and they all are extremely bad at their job.
Kept me waiting for 10mins and didn?t even start making any coffee.
Even at a busy time there is just 1 person behind the counter who is just taking orders from all the customers and no one is making any coffees.
The previous staff was so good and the coffee they made tasted better.

Great staff and service, my complaint is that tea is £2.90 for a cup of hot water and a teabag!!? Come on Pret, that is ridiculous!
